These terms govern your use of UnderstoodMe and the purchase of our digital report and letter. By using the site or buying the product, you agree to them.
Who we are

What you are buying
UnderstoodMeis a digital product: a personalized, plain-language report about what you’re experiencing, plus a letter written in your voice addressed to your partner — with an optional Doctor Kit add-on. It is a one-time purchase you keep, with ongoing access — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. The specific contents are described at checkout.
Not medical treatment
UnderstoodMe is educational and relationship-communication support. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. We make no guarantee of any specific health, relationship, or other outcome; individual experiences vary. If you have a medical or mental-health question, please consult a qualified clinician.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use UnderstoodMe.
Your account and access
Access is granted to the email address used at purchase, via secure sign-in links. Keep your inbox secure. Your report and letter are written for your own personal use.
Immediate delivery and refunds
This is digital content that is delivered to you immediately after purchase. By buying, you ask us to begin delivery at once and you understand that all sales are final. The one exception is our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if the product isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no reason required. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). The purchase is a single charge; we do not store your card details.
Your content and intellectual property
Your personalized report and letter are generated for you, and you are free to keep, print, and share your own letter with your partner. The site, templates, and underlying materials are owned by us or our licensors; you may not resell or redistribute the product itself.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use it in any unlawful way. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or for outcomes that depend on your own use of it.
Governing law and changes
