Our 14-day money-back guarantee
Because UnderstoodMeis digital content delivered immediately, sales are normally final. We choose to back the product anyway: if it isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason, and there are no conditions to meet first. This is our voluntary guarantee, offered on top of any rights you have under applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@understoodme.com from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of purchase. We aim to confirm within one business day and process the refund to your original payment method promptly. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, access to your report and letter ends. You agree not to keep or continue using the product after a refund.
One-time purchase — no subscription
UnderstoodMe is a single payment you keep. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel — so there are no recurring charges to refund.
